I have returned from Scotland. This isn’t going to be much of a post, it mainly serves two purposes. First, it reveals that I am indeed alive and well and back in Copenhagen. Second, it gives me a chance to explain how I plan to do my posting regarding my Scotland trip. I was in Scotland from Monday until today, and each day was full of all sorts of adventures, large and small. It was seriously one of the most awesome weeks of my entire life, I don’t think I’ve ever instantly loved a city as much as I did Edinburgh (Not to mention the countryside itself may well be the first thing to surpass Alaska in my life). So, I’ll be retroactively posting about each day, possibly in a short time span, or possibly once per day. This last week in Copenhagen is going to be full of me doing (literally) 75% of my coursework for my second class, while simultaneously trying to do as much of things left on my “want to do” list as possible. So, there’s a chance that nothing worth blogging about will happen for a few days, if that’s the case then the Scotland blog will fall into its place. If something does happen that’s worth noting, then there will probably just be two posts that day. Since this is all really for me, I’m typing this up so it makes sense chronologically if I look back at this blog 15 years for now, it will avoid time gaps and such.
Having said that, it has been a long day, and I have 3 beers waiting for me. So I am going to enjoy the rest of my evening listing to the screams and honks of recent Danish graduates and chilling as much as possible. I’ll start with my Scotland posts tomorrow (hopefully).
Tidbit of the Day: Don’t Take a Cheap Umbrella to Scotland
That’s it, just don’t do it.
